We offer affordable leases for 6 ,9 & 12 month periods.

Spacious Two bedroom apartments with full sized laundry.

Rates range from $700 - $750 per month.

There is a $35 application fee and a $100 administrative/holding fee.

Our required Security Deposit is based upon your credit history.

Pet Policy

Maple Creek welcomes your cat. $150 non-refundable pet deposit.  $20 per month pet rent per cat.

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Sunday: Closed
